Making the Future Possible Through the University Village Healthcare Fund
The Mission of the University Village Healthcare Fund is to provide long-term financial support to University Village Retirement Community, generating resources to support and enrich the quality of life of our community both now and in the future.
As part of our ongoing effort to improve the quality of life for our residents, the University Village Healthcare Fund seeks and will welcome financial support of various needed programs and Village facilities through gifts to this Fund.
The University Village Healthcare Fund will gratefully accept gifts of any amount. Gifts may be unrestricted to support projects of special importance to University Village or may be restricted by you and/or your family for a particular program. University Village will accept gifts of Cash, Securities, Life Insurance or Real Estate.
Deferred Gifts are also available. These include a gift through your Will or a charitable gift annuity.
A donor may establish a Named Fund by donating a minimum gift of $10,000. This gift may be given, if the donor wishes, over a period of time.
The University Village Healthcare Fund will offer Tribute Gifts, in honor or remembrance of a loved one or special occasion. Through a Tribute Gift, you can support the work of University Village to accomplish a needed purpose which in turn serves many others. And, the person(s) named in tribute receives acknowledgement of being remembered in a most generous and thoughtful way.
Other opportunities for giving to University Village will be Capital or Facility Gifts, Endowment Gifts, and Planned Giving.
